Elbows of macaroni with faces on them is exactly what this style was drawn for. The block of cheddar, the milk and the bread crumbs take their own outlines, the six steps get their orange, coral and blue markers, and the grid notebook still shows at the corners of the cream panel.

What this style does
Every ingredient is drawn like a Japanese sticker: a closed brown outline, a soft gradient from light to deep, two pink cheeks and a tiny face. The page is a grid notebook with a large cream panel laid on it, edges gently buckled, and the steps are numbered with orange, coral and blue markers.
Cream, coral, blue, orange and brick, five inks and not one more. A rounded Japanese gothic in capitals for the title, a running hand for the signature. The object it imitates is a sheet of Japanese stickers.
